We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Mistaken Returns
Please ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund.
If you have accidentally sent the wrong item, please us as soon as possible. GGRIPPED cannot guarantee your item will be found and returned, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent.
Statutory Rights
You have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days beginning with the day you receive the item.
You have additional rights in relation to incorrect, damaged or defective goods. Voluntary Return Policy
As well as your statutory cancellation rights described above, you can return most products within 30 days of receipt of the products if the products are in an unused and undamaged condition. Refunds for correct, undefective and undamaged items will not include postage costs for delivery or return of the item.
If an incorrect item is received, or the items are defective or damaged upon delivery. A full refund will be provided, including the cost of sending the item back to us.
Please note that this returns policy doesn't affect your statutory rights and therefore doesn't affect your right of cancellation as described above.

Once the return is confirmed, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note you may be responsible for return shipping charges. We strongly recommend you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of you item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
